Hey Joel! Ok so I’m getting into editing video and am working in Davini Resolve. My question is, could you tell me what export settings are the best to use for the final render? For example, I have a an hour long video, what export settings will make the file size as small as possible while keeping the quality of the video itself? Thanks

The best codec to use nowadays is H.265/HEVC. It will give you roughly 2x the quality for the same bitrate or file size compared to H.264.

For an hour long video that doesn't have a ton of movement, cuts, or action I would recommend a bitrate around 6 Mbps. That should put a 60 minute clip around 2.7GB in size.
