Yes. They will project a 16:9 image and just show small black (usually invisible) bars on the top and bottom.
Most projectors in this price range are going to be 16:10 native. You really only find 16:9 native projectors in home theater models or when you start spending quite a bit more money.
Many churches and corporate setups use these projectors on 16:9 screens and they work splendidly.
