A great quality RG-59 that is rated for SDI transmission will typically be able handle 3G-SDI signals up to about 250' (approximately 80m). For your situation that is possibly running it a bit too close to possible max ratings for most RG-59 cables, though. If you're installing this cable permanently, then I would highly recommend running RG-6 if at all possible. I always try to think 10-20 years ahead to make sure the cable you install will work reliably for a long time.
