Is it possible to change the bulbs out to a lower wattage option? That would be the first thing I would check.
Next option would be adding some kind of diffusion or ND gel to knock down the brightness of those bulbs.
After that, you start getting into things like adding more light on your subject(s) to prevent the cross lighting from being too bright. So the 2 options above will most likely be easier and/or cheaper.
