I have a feeling this might be a well-known issue with IR pollution since the BMPCCs don't have IR filters.
But to know for sure, can you describe your workflow with the cameras in a bit more detail? Information like white balance settings, lighting details, what dynamic range setting in the camera menu, which specific LUT you're using, etc.
